Tallahassee Florida Real Estate - Gated equestrian private communities

The private gated Equestrian of lifestyle communities are a new trend interesting popping Tallahassee, Florida / zone Leon and Gadsden County.

In the West, where most of my family lives, equestrian communities have always been popular.

After a slice of my years of training in reasons rise old Buffalo Bill in a community surrounded by cattle, I too may have once dreamed to have space for large spaces.

I had forgotten for a long time special occasions that I spend with friends to their ranches. In fact the first time I ever mounted a horse or driving a car, was on Ranch of the Reynold outside of North Platte, Nebraska. My father and Don b. Reynolds were close friends and when my parents took off on a journey, they asked Don and Pat if I could stay with their families in the ranch. My father thought it would be a good experience for me. Like so many other experiences of my life, I just pressed my ranch away experiences in the pages of my memory.

Recently, these memories returned to trot once more through my stream of consciousness.

I guess that happened last week, when I spent an afternoon in Tallahassee Ranch Club at the invitation of John Shoemaker.

John had come through some of the writings of the estate which had developed on the Internet and is interested in learn more about the packages in my writing, blogs and blitz.

As we tour where private gated community future home sites await development, a panorama of visions horsy swept my mind like a storm of dust Nebraska famous.

The kilometres of trails, wildlife frolicking, the natural source grass and the beautiful green space resonated with me. This just a great place to create a home in today's world. The concept is fabulous for the 21st century where security and convenience are the key considerations to select a new site.

Imagine the joy and convenience to keep your horses on your very own property. Of course, this convenience now requires considerable space open, closed and other considerations. It is estimated that you should have approximately ten acres for all horses that keep you on your property.

Home to Tallahassee Ranch Club sites are between eight and sixteen acres and start at about $119,000.

If you are looking for a way of life where you can enjoy nature safely and still be fairly close to Tallahassee and on the coast, it is a property to investigate.

Another development with minimum of ten acres home sites and trails district is only of an iron Horseshoe toss of Tallahassee is San Bonita farms in Gadsden County.

I have not been out to this property again, but the history is fascinating. I am looking forward to delving into the work of research is available. In the 1700s, the Queen of Spain presented this property as a gift. You can learn more on the website http://www.sanbonitafarms.com .

San Bonita farms just celebrated their grand opening weekend. Several properties were already sold.

Jerry Wise is the man to help you find all the perfect piece of San Bonita farms property.

One of these two communities is perhaps the right person for you.
